With immediate effect Blow will be requiring a credit card as security against all Beauty appointments and peak-time Hair appointments. This is a direct result of an increase in the number of no-shows. A cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge. A no-show will result in a 100% charge.
